Rental Application Guidelines

  • We base our decision to rent based on an applicant’s:
    • Credit History – Free of open non-medical judgments and past due debt
    • Job History
    • Rental History – Free of any evictions or negative references
    • Criminal History
    • Financial Information – including income, liquid assets and debt
    • Personal, Business, and Landlord references
  • Applicants with poor credit will not be considered
  • Anyone whose income will be used to pay rent will be considered an Applicant or Co-Applicant and must follow the process outlined here
  • All applications must be submitted online
  • In addition to filling out the online application, please scan and email the following to Mark Adcock (
    • A legible copy of a valid driver’s license
    • Your most recent bank statement for the account that shows your pay as a deposit on that statement which is typically a checking account (I need all of the pages from the statement)
    • Your most recent pay stub(s)
  • Completed applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received after all necessary information has been submitted
